How does the drafter / collection palette work in the plugin?
✈ ||| The Collection palette is available from Revit 2018

1 - Synchronize data from collections
By clicking on this icon, the Collection palette connects to Onfly in order to synchronize the existing collections. A preview of each object compatible with the current version of Revit that has been released is displayed. At this stage they are not yet usable in the project because they have not been downloaded.
The Collection palette only displays published objects.
2 - Show the collection on Onfly
This icon opens the web page of the collection selected in the Revit plugin.
3 - Selection of a collection
This drop-down menu allows you to select a collection. On first use, this list is empty and must be updated using the data synchronization button (1).
4 - Research
This search field allows you to search for files and objects based on their names.
5 - Filter by category
Use this drop-down menu to filter the selected collection using Revit categories. It is possible to select one category at a time.
6 - Synchronization of the objects of a collection
After selecting a collection, this button synchronizes published objects that are compatible with your version of Revit. Synchronize clearly indicates that the objects added to the collection will be downloaded and those removed from the collection will be deleted.
This process may take a little while depending on the number and size of the items in the collection.
7 - Synchronization of objects from all collections
This button allows you to synchronize the published objects compatible with your version of Revit of all the collections of your Onfly. As said before, synchronize clearly indicates that the objects added to the collection will be downloaded and those removed from the collection will be deleted.
This process can obviously take even longer if you have a lot of collections.
8 - Display the object file
This button displays the form of the selected object within the Revit plugin
9 - Display by grid
This button allows a grid display
10 - List view
This button allows a list display
